Our mission at Horicon Phoenix Program is to enhance the quality of life in Horicon by promoting fitness, wellness and outdoor recreation. Our Disc Golf Course is just one of the many ways we are working to accomplish this goal. We believe that by providing free access to recreational activities like disc golf, we can help bring people together and foster a sense of community in Horicon.
