Welcome to the Horicon Phoenix Program

The Horicon Phoenix Program supports our local businesses, schools, civic organizations and environment with a special emphasis on respect, sustainability, friendship, and the benefits of enjoying life locally.

Our group hosts events throughout the year to bring people in our fair city together. We also focus on projects that help our community thrive.

Thank you to Alliant Energy for their grant toward upgrading playground equipment!

And thanks to the Rock'n River Jam for donating their last amount of funds toward the Jersey Street Music Festival!
