ace1What is Ace Race? It’s a fun event that helps disc golf grow by introducing thousands of new players to the joys of the sport! Each participant gets a huge player pack of cool stuff, then everyone plays two rounds of disc golf, but instead of keeping score the only goal is to throw aces (also known as a hole-in-one)! Holes are shortened, and everyone is throwing the same disc: a brand new Discraft prototype disc that is easy to throw and developed just for the event. It’s a blast! This is the perfect opportunity to try the sport out, get a few free discs, meet other players. Proceeds go toward course improvements.

  • Registration begins at 10:00 am at the Registration Tent
  • Event begins at 11:00 am
  • $25 entry fee

The Soggy Prairie Boys

“The Soggy Prairie Boys have been playing together for 10 years! In 2002 we formed as a band to play in the FFA Talent Competition where we were chosen to perform for the FFA National Convention in Louisville. In the time since then we have entertained thousands of people at countless events in Southern Wisconsin and around the Midwest. We play mostly bluegrass and country music as well as someoriginal songs. Our set list always includes traditional bluegrass and country tunes as well as classic songs from artists like Hank Williams, Woody Guthrie, and Johnny Cash, and songs from newer artists like Toby Keith, Eric Church, and Keith Urban. Many of our songs feature four part harmonies and our instruments include guitar, mandolin, upright bass, dobro, fiddle, and banjo.”
