Last week Tammy Baltzley, our Director of Economic Development, presented the first ever Horicon Phoenix Scholarship to Trenton Wendorff, a senior at Horicon High School. Trenton was chosen because of his service to the community and his desire to start a small business in the future. Congratulations, Trenton, and best wishes!
